Our Services
We offer a comprehensive suite of residential support services designed to meet the unique needs of adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Our approach is person-centered, ensuring that every individual receives the precise support they need to thrive.
24/7 Residential Support
Our homes provide a safe, structured, and supervised environment 24/7. Our trained Direct Support Professionals assist with all aspects of daily living, from personal care and meal preparation to medication reminders and transportation, ensuring a consistent and reliable routine.
Individualized Support Plans (ISPs)
We work collaboratively with residents, families, and case managers to develop comprehensive ISPs. These person-centered plans outline specific personal goals, support strategies, and pathways to achieving greater independence.
Life Skills Development
A core part of our mission is to foster independence. We provide structured support and training in essential life skills, including financial management, meal preparation, household responsibilities, and social skills.
Community Integration
We believe full community participation is essential for a fulfilling life. We actively support resident involvement in local events, volunteer opportunities, recreational programs, and social outings to keep them connected and engaged.
