Wellness Care Management is founded on the principle that every individual deserves to live a fulfilling life in a safe and supportive environment. The following rights are guaranteed to every resident in our care, in accordance with New Hampshire state regulations and our own ethical standards.

Right to Dignity and Respect

Every resident will be treated with compassion, consideration, and respect at all times, ensuring their personal dignity is maintained.

Right to Privacy

Residents have a right to personal privacy in their living spaces and during the provision of personal care. All personal and health information is protected under HIPAA.

Right to Participate in Care

Residents and their legal guardians have the right to be fully informed and to participate in the planning of their care, treatment, and support services.

Right to Communicate

Residents have the right to communicate freely and privately with family, friends, legal counsel, and other advocates as they choose.

Right to a Safe Environment

We guarantee a safe, clean, and homelike environment that is free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Grievance Procedure

Residents and their representatives have the right to voice grievances without fear of retaliation. We have a formal, documented process to ensure all concerns are heard and addressed promptly and fairly. For more information, please contact the home manager or our main office.
